I just tried out BetterHelp, an online counseling service where you talk to someone via video chat. They've done a solid job of productizing therapy. The best thing about this though, is that it's scaleable. Millions of people that wouldn't have done traditional offline therapy for money or time reasons can now access "online therapy".

We are barely scratching the surface as far as using tech for better mental health.
I'm very excited and optimistic about mental health tech since there's huge demand for this and traditionally very limited supply ( expensive therapists etc).
