Dave Asprey
Perhaps the original G biohacker. This is how I first got introduced to the world of biohacking. Very holistic approach. Probably the best place to start.

Ben Greenfield
Ultra self-experimenter and back to the roots meets cutting-edge science kinda guy. Got me into buying all sorts of fancy biohacking tech.

Mark Sisson
He was doing paleo, HIIT, keto before it was cool. And then he made it mainstream. Another OG biohacker here.

Peter Attia
MD, trained engineer and ultra-endurance athlete. Need I say more? Got me into caring about my glucose levels. Will probably bite the bullet and get a CGM soon.

Dominic D'Agostino
Scientist heavily focused on nutrition and metabolic health. Got me into going ketogenic.

Rhonda Patrick
Scientist focused on giving you the latest findings in disease prevention, fasting and neuroscience. Got hooked on saunas after reading her stuff.

Kelly Starrett
Physiotherapist. All about stopping your pain and fixing your back problems. Now, with WFH even more important. Got me into starting to fix my posture finally.

Ultimately,  go with whomever you resonate with the most. This is a huge area and these people are literally dedicating their lives to this. Because of this, it's natural to feel a bit overwhelmed at first. As always, feel free to DM anytime.  I love this stuff :)
